Immigration and Criminal Defense encompass our main practice areas. Currently we have an opening in our management department for an Operations Manager.

We are in need of a candidate who is fluent in Spanish and English. We need someone who is professional, highly organized, punctual and has sharp attention to detail. We want someone who is self-motivated, demonstrates disposition and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Middle Management and ensuring each department is fulfilling day to day responsibilities and tasks
• Coordinating different departments to foster efficiency and productivity
• Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement
• Communicating with executive team about shifting company priorities and projects
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency
• Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes
• Enforcing company policies and system procedures
• Handle Human Resource responsibilities like recruiting, training, and disciplining employees
• Provide feedback to Management team to conduct appraisals by monitoring and reviewing job contributions from employees

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
